大手外資保険企業の新商品開発部署において、スピードと品質の向上のためテストマネージャーを募集しています。

ITやビジネスのステークホルダーと協業して新商品開発プロジェクトの全体的なテストの計画から実行を管理し、企業のITプロセスの全体を見る業務です。

＜職務内容＞　
1. テスト戦略の作成とステークホルダーとの合意形成
2. ステークホルダーとのリレーションシップの構築
3. テスト計画の作成
4. BSA、BA、開発者が実施するテストシナリオ・ケースの作成や検証の管理
5. テストアプローチやテストプロセスの改善、および変革の推進
6. テスト自動化の推進

＜必須業務経験＞
1. テストマネジメントもしくはテストリードの経験（5年以上）
2. チーム管理の経験（3年以上）
3. 金融業界のIT経験（生命保険もしくは損害保険が望ましい）
4. 日本語によるコミュニケーションおよび文書作成（Native/Business Level）
5. アジャイル開発プロジェクトの参画経験

＜その他尚可経験・スキル＞
1. ソフトウェアテストや品質管理に関する知識（ISTQB/JSTQB, ISO9000, ISO29119, etc.）
2. テスト自動化の知識と経験
3. テスト管理ツールの知識と使用経験（JIRA, Quality Center, qTest, etc.）
4. 英語による文書作成スキル（Business Level）

Global insurance company is looking for a test manager for newly developed products. 

＜Job Summary＞
As a Test Manager, you would be working to Create test strategy, plan, and manage execution of  SIT/UAT for new life insurance product development projects.
We are looking for an experienced test manager/lead who is able to efficiently collaborate with product owners (Biz leads), developers, business analysts, scrum masters and other stakeholders to ensure quality of application development deliverables.
Also, this role can participate in facilitation and transformation of entire testing process of new life insurance product development comprehending the entire life insurance IT system.

＜Responsibilities＞
1. Create test strategy and build consensus with stakeholders
2. Create relationship with project stakeholders such as IT leads, IT BSAs and Biz leads
3. Create master test plan
4. Manage BSA, BA and dev members test related activities such as test case creation and execution
5. Transform test approach and test process
6. Manage and facilitate test automation activities

＜MUST＞
1. Test management/lead experiences (5+ years)
2. Team management experiences (3+ years)
3. Life/non-life insurance IT experiences
4. Japanese writing and verbal skills (Native/N2)
5. Agile software development project experiences

＜WANT＞
1. Software testing and quality management qualification (ISTQB/JSTQB, ISO9000, ISO29119, etc.)
2. Test automation experiences (UFT/Selenium web driver)
3. Test and defects management tools (JIRA, Quality Center, qTest, etc.)
4. English writing skills (Business)
