Job Description: 

• Conduct financial analyses to monitor capital/cash liquidity risk
• Support to develop reinsurance and capital solutions to make better use of cash/capital
• Produce required metrics and sensitivities for capital management purpose

Requirements:

Experience:

• Life Insurance experience or comparable financial industry experience
• Working experience in the insurance or finance fields for 0 – 3 years (or enough time to understand the dynamics of an insurance company balance sheet under Japanese accounting standards)

Skills:

• Business writing skills, presentation skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and actuarial valuation/pricing software (plus)

Language:

• Japanese: native proficiency
• English: elementary proficiency

Personality:

• A good self-starter who can work as a team
